In-Store Pickup

For local customers who want to pick up their order at the store located at 27a Rue Principale Nord, Sutton Québec J0E 2K0, Canada, please ensure you come during opening hours.

 

Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 – 3 days after receipt of your order.
We do not require a signature for the receipt of our shipments.

 

Delivery in Canada

All orders in Canada are shipped using a traceable service. For our standard delivery, we choose from Canada Post (Expedited Parcels) and ground services from UPS, ICS, Purolator, Canpar, FedEx, GLS, and others.

 

Canada - Standard Delivery for Orders (to be changed if fixed rate)

We offer flat shipping rates in Canada:
- $20* for orders shipped to Quebec
- $35* for orders shipped to the rest of Canada
* Sales tax applicable according to the delivery address applies

Typical delivery times (without guarantee) are:
- Quebec & Ontario: 3 – 5 days
- Atlantic Canada: 4 – 7 days
- The Prairies and Western Canada: 6 – 8 days

 

Non-Shippable Items

Some of our items cannot be shipped and must be picked up in-store. Here is a list of non-shippable items: (to be adjusted based on what you are sending)

- Original works of art
- Large or delicate furniture
- Items exceeding a certain weight or dimensions

 

Handmade Item

Please note that the creation period required before shipping our handmade products is estimated at two to three weeks following the confirmation of the order. This time frame allows us to ensure that each item meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
